I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 10 years and am a lifelong athlete, completing 19 marathons and hundreds of races. For years, my approach was about pushing limits and chasing performance goals.
Then a major injury changed everything.
It forced me to slow down, listen to my body, and rethink what true wellness really means. I learned that doing more isn’t always better — and that lasting health requires balance, recovery, and mindset just as much as movement.
That experience shaped the way I coach today.
I created Live Well to help women step away from extremes and build a sustainable, supportive approach to wellness — one that fits real life and lasts for the long run.
